RPE 8.5 except the last set where I decided to do a very long pause, giving it an RPE 9.5.
I loved this workout. I pushed through my limits as I was battling poor sleep, fatigue, stomach ache and soreness but still managed to hit every set, rep and desired weight (except pin bench where I put 125kg/285lbs instead of 135kg/305lbs for 3 sets of 5). PEAK MUUAFUCKIN WEEK!

210kg Sumo Deadlift PR.
1st time doing sumo after almost 3 years. Pulling position feels awkward. External rotation of the hips seems impossible (especially for the left one) and adductors feel weak. For the first time my lockout doesn't feel as a strong point AND HOOKGRIP FREAKING HURTS... So... AWESOME!! So many things to improve, I'm getting excited. This 210kg comes right after 2 weeks off deadlifts and heavy exercises, so I strongly believe there's a lot of room to grow. As I get stronger, I want to widen my stance to the maximum and pull standing as upright as possible. Will also try to make hookgrip a bit painless with tapes and stuff but I'll take it. There are thumbs that can take 400+ kg so my puny 300kg pull should be nothing.

I can defenitely see some leg gains in this video. Squatting low volume and everyday seems to be working just fine till now.
