This moment was one I will never forget! On January 10, 2018 I decided to push forward with a goal that I had considered before MRSA tried to take me out. I created my own meal plans based on my nutritional knowledge as a weight management specialist. I created my own workouts based on my extensive background in fitness and personal training. I studied posing on my own and reached out to a few seasoned pros for some tips, but the routine was all my creation. I pushed hard in class and stayed 100% dedicated to the plan with no cheats and am so proud to have placed 3rd in figure masters at this past weekends WBFF Fitness Atlantic. In 12 weeks I lost 21 lbs. and 7.5% body fat using no gimmicks, quick fixes or diet pills and am in the best shape of my entire adult life.
If you set a goal, you need to create a plan. You need to decide what do you want now, and what do you want most. You need to stay committed and enjoy the entire process!
