1️⃣Sabah aç karına yapılan egzersizlerin yoğunluğu yüksek ve süresi çok uzun olmamalıdır.
(Genelde aerobik düzeyde)
2️⃣Eğer ağırlık antrenmanı yapılacaksa mutlaka azda olsa protein\ karbonhidrat içerikli bir gıda tüketilmelidir. (Yulaf ezmesi süt, Tam tahıllı ekmeğe fındık ezmesi veya elma üstüne fındık ezmesi sürmek gibi..)
3️⃣Isınma en önemli bölümdür.Soğuk ve gergin olan kaslarınızı dinamik hareketlerle antrenmana hazırlayın.Özellikle omurga kasları için bir kaç fazla ısınma hareketi gerçekleştirin.
(İp atlamak, jumping jack, diz çekme, Lunge, squat,şınav çekmek gibi kendi vücut ağırlığınızla bir kaç hareket yapabilirsiniz.)
4️⃣Sabah testosteron hormon seviyesi daha yüksektir bunun için yapılan çalışmalar küçükte olsa daha fazla yağ yakımına neden olur.
5️⃣Evinde koşu yapamayanlar için ip atlamayı veya dairesel antrenman yapmalarını öneririm böylece cardio etkisini yaratabilirler.
(Dairesel antrenman:Kısa dinlenme aralıklarıyla 8-10 hareketi ardı ardına gerçekleştirmek.)
6️⃣Kalkar kalmaz su tüketin.Suyun görevi vücutta enerjiyi dengelemektir.Ayrıca kuru bir ağızla sporu devam ettirmeniz zor olacaktır.
7️⃣Kahve tüketin.Böylece duyularınızın açılmasını sağlayabilirsiniz.
8️⃣Varsa Bcaa tüketimi yapabilirsiniz.Bcaa kaslarınız için gerekli aminoasitleri bir süreligine karşılar bu da oluşabilecek kas yıkımını en aza indirir.Ama şart değildir tercih meselesidir.
9️⃣Antrenman sonrasında güzel bir kahvaltı özellikle masada yumurtanın olduğu bir masa oluşturun.

My current fitness journey began when I got in a beach body test group.I lost 12 1/2 pounds in 7 days.After that I joined beach body on demand and discovered Shaun T’s @shauntfitness dance program called CIZE. You’re never too old to dance.I have made 70 revolutions around the Sun,but it feels like 30. Since today is all about dancing....shhhh I swapped my regularly scheduled workout so I could CIZE IT UP. Sometimes it's okay to take a detour so long as you get back on the right path. Be stubborn with your goals but be flexible with your approach. Because sometimes...mama just wants to dance.

Good morning friends! I tried my first Cize workout this morning and it was fun! I’m still babying my knee and IT band a little so I definitely didn’t dig into the moves as much as I normally would, but I had fun and got some activity in. Last night I saw that the bootcamp workout for today was all lower body, including allllllll the squats and alllllll the lunges, and I knew it would be too much for my leg right now. Don’t forget to be flexible when you need to be - this journey is for life!

#BBLBumBum was kicking my ass! No pun intended. It was exhausting, and bizarrely, I couldn't remember most of the routine. It was like I was doing it for the first time. 🙄
#BBLHighandTight was awesome, as always! I wore 1.5lb ankle weights today. They adjust to 2.5. My husband wanted me to get heavier ones because he thinks I will get bored of these lighter ones, and go and buy the heavier ones eventually anyway. I may. But right now I need to start small - so that I can increase, and because doing it without ankle weights was still very effective.
The last thing I wanted to talk about is the fact that I've been working out in shoes for Brazil Butt Lift. This probably doesn't seem odd to most, but (some of you who have followed me for a long time may remember) I haven't worn shoes to workout since I did #Cize Feb-March 2016. My feet always hurt in my shoes, and though I knew my weight was causing my aches and pains, I blamed the shoes. I looked for new shoes but was never satisfied, and I've been barefoot ever since. But the first time I did High and Tight, the band felt weird on my bare feet. So, I decided to try shoes, and now I wear them for all the workouts. It is easier to plank (particularly side plank) in shoes, and I have noticed other improvements. The best part is my feet don't hurt!!! It's been 75 pounds since I last wore shoes during a workout, and I guess that weight mattered.
