【Japanese Sea Urchin Pasta Recipe】
.
Japanese people love pasta. Apart from the classic tomato flavour, they also like to mix in Japanese ingredients for a Japanese twist. Below is a no-sweat recipe to share:
.
Ingredients(Serves two)
Geometry of Pasta Tagliolini 4 nests
Obama UniHiShio (Salted Sea Urchin Sauce) ½ bottle
Japanese Salted Salmon Roe 2 tablespoons
Sea Urchin as appropriate
Spec Roasted Nori Seaweed as appropriate
Japanese Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
Mirin  1 teaspoon
Salt and Pepper pinches
.

Method:

1) Mix Japanese soy sauce, mirin and sea urchin sauce. Taste, can add salt and pepper if needed.
.
2) Boil the tagliolini per the timing instruction on the box. Turn off the heat, pour out most of the water, stir in sea urchin with the pasta.
.
3) Plate the pasta, top with salmon roe, sea urchin and roasted seaweed.

Geometry of Pasta 雞蛋幼扁麵餅 4個
小濱海產物海膽醬 1/2支
日本鹽三文魚子 2湯匙
海膽 適量
Spec烤海苔 適量
日本醬油 1湯匙
味醂  1茶匙
鹽、胡椒粉少許

做法:
.
1)  拌勻日本醬油、味醂和海膽醬,試味,如不夠鹹,可加鹽和胡椒粉。
.
2)  煮幼扁麵,跟據盒上的指示時間烹調,熄火後,倒去大部分的水,將意粉留在鍋內,加入海膽醬,拌勻。

3)  意粉放上碟,加上三文魚子、海膽和烤海苔。

【One Pot Pasta🍲】

Tired of washing pots and pans? Only one pot is needed for cooking the pasta and the sauce for this easy-to-make #OnePotPasta recipe!
.
Simply add all ingredients into the pot, just be mindful of the water level. Cook the ingredients first, then add thinner pasta like tagliolini or capellini as they require less time to cook and can mix well with sauce. It is not necessary to rinse or pre-cook the pasta, as the starch from the pasta can help thicken the sauce.
.
Ingredients (Serves two)
.
🔹La Fabbrica della Pasta - 200g
🔸Italian Chicken Sausage (or other flavours as desired) - 2 pieces
🔹Holland Cherry Tomato on Vine - 15 pieces
🔸Spanish Garlic - 2 cloves
🔹Israel Basil - 1 sprig
🔸Water - 2 cups
🔹Olive Oil - as appropriate
🔸Salt and Black Pepper - pinches
🔹Parmesan Cheese - as appropriate
.
Method:
.
1.) Slice sausage and garlic, cut tomato in half, chop basil and keep half.
.
2.) Bring the water to a boil, add sausage, cherry tomatoes and ½ sprig of basil, cook for 5 minutes then add pasta. Time it according to the recommendations on the box, stir from time to time to avoid scorching at the bottom.
.
3.) When done, sprinkle olive oil, salt and black pepper, then add basil and serve with grated Parmesan cheese as desired.

不想洗鍋子?用一個來煮意粉和醬汁就好了!
.
#OnePotPasta 簡單方便,只要將所有材料放進鍋內就可以了,但要留意水的份量,先下材料煮一下,選擇較為幼身的麵條,如扁麵、幼蛋麵等,快熟之餘,掛汁比較好。意粉不用過冷河或預先煮熟,因它釋出的澱粉能令醬汁變得濃稠。

🔹La Fabbrica della Pasta意大利麵 - 200克
🔸意式雞肉香腸(或任何喜歡的口味)- 2條
🔹荷蘭紅色車厘藤茄 - 15粒
🔸西班牙蒜 - 2粒
🔹以色列蘿勒 - 1札
🔸水 - 2杯
🔹橄欖油 - 適量
🔸鹽、黑胡椒粉 - 適量
🔹Parmesan芝士 - 隨意

做法:
.
1.) 香腸、蒜頭切片,車厘茄切半,羅勒切成粗條,留起一半。
.
2.) 水煮滾,放進香腸和車厘茄、一半羅勒,煮5分鐘後加入意大利麵,根據盒上的建議時間烹調,途中要攪拌,留意不要讓意粉黏底。
.
3.) 煮好後,澆以少許橄欖油、鹽和黑胡椒粉,最後下羅勒,亦可隨意加上Parmesan芝士。
