In times of stress, a lot of us turn to exercise and yoga because we all agreed that they are essential to wind us down and bring us balance of lives. 😌 However, sometimes the essentials we thought conversely lead us to the feelings of anxiety and fatigue, as we struggled to dedicate time and energy amid our busy schedule.
