So here's my pictures from my Bootcamp. Big thanks to @donna_sutt for mentoring me & helping me meet my goals. I'm not exactly where I want to be (long term goals) however I'm really pleased with my results over the last 7 weeks. 1. Front to back,lateral and crossover back lunges
2. Alternate side swings
3. Deficit lunges on BOSU
4. 3 way single leg deadlift
5. 3 position BAND steps
6. Band hip extension
7. Lateral band walks

One more ! Always in tabata mode. 1h30 of singlespeed bike and a good session of circuit training with kettlebell, traction, push-up, abs. I felt the benefits yesterday in bike during the ascents. Work is gradually taking shape. I love this feeling.
