Upper body cable circuit hitting the biceps, shoulders and back.
Not only does adding more movements into your sets cut training time in half (hi it's summer I want to spend more time outside) but it can work to establish a more positive hormonal response! How? Utilizing minimized rest periods will inevitably increase the acidity of your blood (due to increased lactic acid/blood lactate levels). This increase in acidity will trigger the release of growth hormone! Basically, by maximizing the amount of growth hormone you produce, you can decrease body fat and improve muscular hypertrophy resulting in an overall better body composition!

Not all fitness journeys are about losing weight. For me, I decided to become strong, physically and mentally. I was sick of being weak, tired, and restrictive. Here's a full body circuit you can add to your workout 🤗 I like to do these workouts on my "rest" days. Quick, but they get me super sweaty. Plus sometimes I wear a sweatshirt for the extra heat 🔥 complete 20 reps of each before taking a break. I repeat my circuits 4 times. This is just one of the circuits I did. Back to 100% effort with split trainings with strength and conditioning training by the day, hypertrophy by the night, accompanied by something which i have not been watching on a strict basis for the past few months- diet.

This HIIT Workout's a killer 😧
After 5 minute warm-up, do as many repetitions as possible of each exercise in a 1 minute period, repeat 3 times with 30 seconds rest in between.
1 minute Lunges,
1 minute Jump Squats,
1 minute Push Ups,
1 minute Burpees,
1 minute Plié Squats,
1 minute Jumping Jacks,
1 minute High to Low Planks
1 minute Russian Twists
Rest 30 seconds, then repeat twice.
You can log how many repetitions of each you can do to track your progress 💪

Holà les copains! Hier petit training quadri à la salle le matin avant d'aller faire un peu de shopping à Lyon avec le chéri (il a dépensé plus que moi c'est frustrant 😂).
Avant de partir j'ai croisé la belle @justinegallice et j'étais méga stressée #groupilleenfolie mais c'est une fille absolument adorable ! J'ai vite arrêter d'être gênée et on a pu vite fait discuter, totalement à l'aise 😎 C'est une des seules Youtubeuse française que je suis et j'étais vraiment contente de la croiser !
