Here’s a simple but sweaty upper body HIIT workout for ya! ✨ Save & try this to feel the burn (& be drenched) in under 15 minutes with using nothing but your bod!

Bodyweight Upper Body HIIT:
-20 plank to push-ups
-12 burpees
-15 bodyweight shoulder presses
-30 mountain climbers

Lol preseason started Monday and I’m down 7 more lbs 😅😅. Got a bit of extra cardio in and some light lifting just to keep every muscle in my body engaged. Some goblet squats, rows, curls, ropes, pull downs, calf raises, abs, triceps dips, hip thrusts, and good mornings. One time through everything 15-30 reps for each exercise. Then 35 minutes on the elliptical.

It's Month 8! Of my hip recovery... and I just got the go ahead from PT to start doing mountain climbers again! I mean, talk about happy!!! This makes me happy.
It's the perfect exercise.... and one that I love torturing others with (some of you know what I mean) , as well as myself 😜How long can you go?
And.... leveling it up by mixing that in with my other hip strengthening exercises.... #almostthere
And counting out loud along with whimpering always helps me get through it 😅.

🍑Warmup with a 10 minute hill walk (incline 10%, speed 3.5mph)
Then, 🍑Exercise 1: Bench Hop Over to Curtsy: 30 seconds 🍑Exercise 2: Lateral Step Up Bounds: 30 seconds each side
Repeat 3x .
. 🍑Exercise 3: Loaded Single Leg Squats (alternating): 30 seconds 🍑Exercise 4: Bench Jumps to In/Out Squat Jump (if this is too much impact just do in and out squat jumps in ground): 30 seconds
Repeat 3x .

🍑Exercise 5: Step Up to Reverse Lunge: 30 seconds each side 🍑Exercise 6: Side Plank Adductions on Bench: 30 sec each side
