Sweaty sesh 💦 summer is (kinda almost nearly) here which is the time of year most people want to lean up. HIIT circuits are one of the most effect ways of doing this imo 😊
Try this full body burner me and @notsonaughty_ came up with 🔥:
➡️ Single arm ropes with a plank: get into plank position and slam the rope for 10 reps each side (x5)
➡️ Prowler run (fast as poss) (which in my case is not very fast) and then drag or push it back it back (x5)
➡️ Squat press burpee thing (I'm done with naming these exercises I have no clue 🙂) basc just burpee and then overhead press with one of those log things, I think it weighed 14kg (x10)
➡️ TRX single leg pull ups. (10 per leg) (20 overall, yes ow)
➡️Assisted pull ups (either on machine or with resistance band) (x10) to burn out.
