Sweaty sesh ๐Ÿ’ฆ summer is (kinda almost nearly) here which is the time of year most people want to lean up. HIIT circuits are one of the most effect ways of doing this imo ๐Ÿ˜Š
Try this full body burner me and @notsonaughty_ came up with ๐Ÿ”ฅ:
โžก๏ธ Single arm ropes with a plank: get into plank position and slam the rope for 10 reps each side (x5)
โžก๏ธ Prowler run (fast as poss) (which in my case is not very fast) and then drag or push it back it back (x5)
โžก๏ธ Squat press burpee thing (I'm done with naming these exercises I have no clue ๐Ÿ™‚) basc just burpee and then overhead press with one of those log things, I think it weighed 14kg (x10)
โžก๏ธ TRX single leg pull ups. (10 per leg) (20 overall, yes ow)
โžก๏ธAssisted pull ups (either on machine or with resistance band) (x10) to burn out.

I promised you guys that i was going to upload more workout videos, recipes, diet tips, & mobility routines on my IG feed so here is a KILLER circuit from todayโ€™s workout. I always try to go in to a strength building program after a cut but to be honest I hate it so I never stick to it. Working out is one of my favorite things to do so i need to make sure Iโ€™m enjoying my workouts & having fun! I love intensity & that is why I always stick to super sets, drop sets, pyramid sets & mini circuits. My workouts always consist of a 10 minute cardio warm up then I work of some mobility/foam rolling & dynamic stretching. If itโ€™s a leg day I also complete some activation exercises for the glutes & hamstrings. Try this circuit when you train legs again & TAG a friend to share! PS. Decided to do another #bodyselfie today - always good to watch your transformation - I received so many lovely comments at the #slimmingworldoscars2017 last night and many over the last few weeks!
The first picture is June 2009 - 6 months before I joined @slimmingworld weighing over 31st.
The second picture was in November 2016 at #slimmingworldwomanoftheyear2016 - weighing 15st 3!
The last picture was this morning - weighing 16st 3.
Some may be concerned with my weight gain but I'm not (last night trousers hadn't fit since 2013 - I'm heavier now but physically smaller!!) my body is continuing to change with all the #bodymagic #exercise that I do - I can see the changes in the pictures - and I'm still on my #weightlossjourney #weightlosstransformation (though some of the gain is life and cake ๐Ÿคฃ)
Main thing is I'm happy - I'm confident in my own skin - and you know what there is some extra bits of it! I've never had any surgery and people ask if I might - possibly one day but I'm prepared to give everything I've got before I decide! And the #excessskin & #stretchmarks act as a reminder - I did that to myself - I'm not going to let it happen again!
I'll forever be so grateful for the support I received from my very first night becoming a member and I always remember whatever my role is that I'm a member first and foremost! I put myself first so that I can better help others!
I'll take a moment to thank all those that encourage my #bodymagic obsession my #personaltrainer @ampt321 - #circuits attended with @fmstraining @bexyjenko & @joshwhaite1 and #strengthandconditioning with @clenno94_legions - they continue to challenge me to do more!

5 reps- medicine ball sit ups
5 reps each side- Russian twists w/medicine ball

Alternate exercises above until you have reached 15 reps per exercise...after 15 reps per exercise have been completed, you super set that with 10 reps of hanging knee raises

A lil snippet from Sunday's oh-so-good workout! A little wobbly on some things and not as much weight but surprisingly, I haven't lost that much strength! I'll get it back quick! We also never get to use the battle ropes because it's far too crowded but not on Sundayyyy! I was so happy we could finally incorporate them again. Such a great workout!

I finished #bbground1 on April 28, 2017. Since then, I've traveled to 4 countries, took 5 different trips, graduated with a masters, became a godparent, hosted my dad in England for a week, and finished only one other week of #bbg . I ate poorly (mostly) and thought constantly about working out but didn't. I'm now getting ready for an overseas move and have been thinking about getting back on the BBG wagon the whole time. Well today I did. I started week 1 again and am going to do my best to keep going. I may stop and start several more times but I keep on trying. That's really all I can ask of myself right now. .

Today I sat in the gym parking lot fighting my mental self that I wanted to work out... because saying " I need to" would have just failed me. I even thought of taking it easy and just walking for an hour... luckily I was able to shut that fat liar up and just go do it. Once I started my warm-up I was set in completing my workout. Although when I got to my 3rd set I slowly talked myself out of a 4th set. Fatso! But I'm actually looking forward to running tomorrow. 1 week down, 2 weeks left.
