Lazy abs Circuit Sunday- can literally be done anywhere all you have to do is lay down and move a little bit 👍🏼 I did this yesterday when I was feeling sorry for myself after attempting my squats with a dodgy quad. The circuit is:
30s on each exercise
2) reverse crunches
3) leg raises
4) flutter kicks
I did it 4 times through with a cheeky rest in between sets ☺️ Hope you have all had an ABSolutely (if no one reads this far down and misses that pun I'll cry) quality weekend with all you have done 🤗 Who's ready for Monday?!
