We asked on our story yesterday if you preferred working out at home or the gym and majority of you’ll voted for home. I workout and practice 7 days a week. 4 out of which i spend doing exercises at home with few or no equipments at all. So i’m with you 🙌🏻
Do this circuit 2-3 times with 1 minute rest between each set.
This is one of the circuits i like doing on my total body days. It’s a perfect blend of cardio and strength training exercises to get your heart rate up and help you tone up. It doesn’t matter how many reps you do, just go at your own pace. Modify each move as you like. Somedays i go hard and somedays it’s an achievement if i even get up to workout, it’s all about balance. Just remember, the only workout you regret is the one you didn’t do.

And yeah, don’t forget to stretch it out after you’re done with your workout. So crucial.
