You can use kettlebells of varying weight depending on your strength, I went with the pink ones (8kg each) to start with and this is the last of five rounds with the blues ones (12kg each)
The last little bit of this video is a short core circuit, it’s always nice to do some abs at the end of a workout. Enjoy!!
