Just a little basic straight arm conditioning at home. It's been a while since I tried full pike press on the floor. Glad I still have it 😅

Not a handstand, but something much more. I have struggled with balancing objects on my nose over my entire lifetime. However, the last couple of months I have dedicated blood, sweat and tears to mastering this art form. I feel as though I am ready to truly express myself on social media and this is me in my final form.

Just a little Mexican while I was on holiday. I love watching the sunset 🌅

When my back was injuried I couldn't train any Mexican handstands, I performed them but you had the adrenaline then to numb the pain. Now my back is on the mend I can finally start training them and hopefully getting it better 😀 plus my planche has got magically better 💪
