•1/2 banana caramelized in coconut oil and honey
•1/4 c plain nonfat greek yogurt
•1/2 sliced apple
•2 tbs @pbfit.official
•sprinkle with cinnamon and chia seeds
•drizzle with honey

✨PEANUT BUTTER AND BERRY OATS! To resemble one of my favourites as a kid; peanut butter and jelly sandwiches! 😍🤤 this was simple to make just cooked the oats then poured half in a bowl and mixed in peanut butter powder then separately mixed berries in with the other half!! Then topped with 1 banana(after pic), more peanut butter, and hemp seeds (more after pic lol) .

CINNAMON SUGAR OATMEAL 💫 In my still half asleep state the other morning, I pulled out the cinnamon sugar instead of the ground cinnamon 🤦🏽‍♂️ I put some in the oats before cooking, and then put some with the blueberries before heating them up but it wasn’t until I came to topping the #oatybowl that I realised what I had actually been using 😑 I’m just thankful that it was the cinnamon sugar I grabbed and not the paprika that was sitting on the other side 😂 Must’ve been the universe telling me I needed a little extra sweetness to get me through the day 😜 .....

Cinnamon and raisin porridge! I made the mistake of adding the raisins before I cooked it so they plumped up and it wasn't the best, still love cinnamon though 😊

✨CARRROT CAKE OATS!!! This was my breakfast since I saw so many carrot cake things the other day like so I was like ya wanna know what I’m going to make some carrot cake oatmeal!!!! 🙌 so I woke up this morning and literally just threw this together and came up wth a pretty good recipe!! I’ll probably make it again to make it better Iike with almond milk maybe but here is what I did:

🥕CARROT CAKE OATMEAL 🥕
1/2 cup quick oats
1 medium grated carrot
1 1/2 cups water
Dates
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Flaxseed
Chia seed .
.
Add the quick oats, carrots, water, dates (as many as you want), cinnamon, nutmeg chia seeds and flax seeds into a saucepan and wait to thicken until desired consistency (stir often)

Day 2: B R E A K F A S T ! ☀️

For the 2nd morning of my 4 weeks meat-free/dairy free challenge, for breakfast I had porridge made with 1/2 cup porridge oats & 1 1/2 cups of water. I then topped it with a sprinkle of coconut sugar, a sprinkle of cinnamon & 1 finely chopped Pink Lady Apple. Coconut Milk (Vegan) & warm lemon water made with 1/2 lemon squeezed and 1inch of fresh ginger grated. I then had regular tea with Alpro coconut milk (Vegan) before heading into work.

💛SIMPLE CINNAMON OATS!
1/2 cup overflowing with a couple small scoops afterwards of quick oats
1 1/2 cups water
Cinnamon
Optional protein powder .
1. Pour oats and water into sauce pan on high heat and wait to thicken/ bubble
2.turn down heat and let simmer until desired consistency
3.take off heat and add ALOT of cinnamon and the optional protein powder (tastes good with or without!)
4.pour into bowl and add toppings (I added hempseeds after the picture too)
