This is definitely one of my favourite ways to eat oats for breakfast! ☺️ All you need to do is dice up an apple, add it to a regular bowl of oats and then sprinkle on some cinnamon 🍏✨ The sweetness from the apple will spread all throughout the oats and the small apple pieces will soak up with cinnamon. It honestly tastes like you're eating apple pie! 🤗🍏

When you're still hungry after dinner 😂 1/2 cup of quick oats with 1 tsp flaxseed, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk, and 1/2 cup of water! Microwave for 2:00 stir then 1:30 more! After I mixed in the usually @pescience snickerdoodle 💪🏼 Topped with @justins peanut butter, a honey crisp apple from @wholefoods, and cinnamon 😍🍎 an apple a day keeps the doctor away right?
Late post* This was my breakfast today, had a busy weekend and I wanted something simple & easy, so green tea, oatmeal with cinnamon & almond butter topped with amaranth did it for me 😉 How about y'all!?
