If you've checked my stories you'll see I'm on a raspberry flex this weekend ❤️I adore these fruity little jewels! I've paired them with cinnamon, buckwheat and baobab for a super nutritious, filling, flavourful smoothie.
Baobab combats acidity in the body, energises with a big hit of vitamin C and packs a load of magnesium, which helps with muscle cramps. It also tastes slightly citrusy too 👅💦 easy recipe below, makes 2 big bowls ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Raspberry - .
4 frozen nanas
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup raw beetroot
1 tbsp peanut butter
1-2 tsp maca powder (optional)
1/4 cup almond milk
Buckwheat - .
2 frozen nanas
1/2 cup soaked, rinsed buckwheat
2 heaping tsp cinnamon
2 tsp @organicburst baobab
1/2 cup almond mylk ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Add all buckwheat smoothie ingredients to your blender and process on high until smooth and creamy. Pour into two bowls and add all raspberry smoothie ingredients to the blender. Process again until smooth and pour on top of your smoothie bowls. Swirl around with a chop stick and top with frozen raspberries, banana, buckinis and cinnamon. Enjoy! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
