My go to morning snack ginger & cinnamon smoothie😋 .
This morning snack is my go to for a handful of reasons:
✔️low in sugar ✔️energy booster
✔️ginger..whatcha need if anyone is dealing with nausea😑 .
➖1 cup milk (I use almond)
➖1/2"-1" ginger root*
➖1/2 tsp cinnamon ➖1Tbsp almond butter*
➖1Tbsp chia seeds
➖1/2 - 1 banana depending how sweet you want it (fresh or frozen)
➖5-6 ice cubes ➖➖➖make it green and add a handful of spinach 👍🏼(optional)
*ginger root keeps amazingly well in the freezer (months!)- can also use approx 1/2 tsp powdered ginger
*Costco has the best price on almond butter I've found .
