I saw this pop-up in my newsfeed and thought that it was the perfect example of two things:
1. There will never be a perfect time to take the first step. There will always be a holiday or event coming up that involves food.
2. Why diet and deprive yourself when you can make lifestyle changes that allow you to enjoy guilt-free treats while still getting results.
