Day 54 of #summershredding2017
Killed a back day with my lovely woman @claudiagallardo_ and a tough cardio session I've had one of the best workouts in awhile especially after getting sick and having to rest and losing a bit of time. I'm glad she joined me and pushed me to go farther even insisting I should take a full progress pic I didn't want to but glad I did. I'm still at it and won't quit it's also nice to see I'm changing and it's happening I might be shrinking but it's part of it and and I'm just so excited to keep striving!

MOST RECENT

Leg workout: 295lbs for 3x3
Increase of 10lbs!

Key points i focus on when im squating:
1. Keeping my upper body tight
2. Controlling my negative as i squat down
3. Picture yourself sitting in a chair
4. Keep your eyes on the floor

Week 6: This one was REALLY good.
Good protein bar but a little higher in fat.
Worth a try!

One of my favorite movements whether it be on a flat bench or incline is the Plate Press. Palms squeezing together against the plate DO NOT grab the plate never touch your chest with the plate hover right above it so you have constant tension. The farther down you put your hands the more difficult it is. Give it a try

Day 5 Week 4: Push Day 💥💥💥 early gym session today compared to the last few days! Great workout today especially with the chest movements. I can now comfortably hit 8 reps of 32kg incline chest press for 3-4 sets ! Happy about the progression. Did my micro midterm yesterday and it was hard but I think it went okayish ! About to head out to have a meal with some friends before more exams in May! Wait...
