Starting a healthy lifestyle does not need to be hard or overwhelming. Just take baby steps. Choose one unhealthy food and replace with something healthy. For instance if you typically eat fries with lunch, exchange that for a heart healthy salad or a bowl of fruit instead. Or if you drink of a lot of sugary caffeinated drinks throughout the day, exchange just one sugar laden drink per day for a 16 ounce bottled water. Throw in some lemon or lime to give it some taste if you need to add flavor. Just start with one per day for a week. Then increase it to 2 waters per day. Keep increasing that each week and before you know it, those sugary sodas you depended on will begin to taste like syrup. They won't satisfy you anymore. I used to drink 6 cans of Coke a day! I did exactly what I've explained here and now I cannot even stomach the taste of a soda anymore. Try it for 30 days. I dare you! Well I woke up late and then couldn't get my work system to work correctly. Took almost an hour for everything to function right and of course it's moving a bit slow. Regardless I refuse to let it make me cranky like it normally would. I'm going to crush my day and make it awesome 😁👊🏽
