Cacao powder is the purest form of chocolate you can consume, and loaded with antioxidants and some pretty important minerals to your muscle recovery: magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium to name a few!
This has been my go to smoothie lately: @johnskillerprotein Organic Cacao & Premium Whey + 1/2 tbsp of honey + 1 cup of Farlife skim milk + 6 ice cubes. Blend it up and try not to down it in under a minute 😋❤ (I use Fairlife milk because the protein content in the milk is higher- 13g for one cup! 45g of protein in one smoothie #YASSSSSS 🙌🏼)
