Hey all! Hope you’re having a good morning/afternoon. I’m on the home stretch finishing up the rest of my Thanksgiving recipes for you all! I’m about to shoot the last recipe and I’ll be releasing 2-3 more posts including one that compiles all the Thanksgiving recipes I’ve made so far for your convenience:)
The other day I made some chocolate mint chia pudding and the next morning I thought to myself, “what was I thinking making something cold for breakfast?” (it’s freezing in stl) Then it occurred to me that maybe I could heat up the chia pudding to make a warm chia bowl! It worked out pretty wonderfully, I just heated it up in a pot and topped it with all the things. It was really nice having an easy breakfast for a change because I usually cook something from scratch. Also, this bowl weirdly filled me up until like 3 pm, which is odd because usually nothing fills this girl up😅 Anyway, have a great rest of your day friends!
Chocolate mint Chia pudding: 2 T chia seeds mixed with about 1/2 cup homemade cashew milk using @mannaorganics cashew coconut butter + 1 T cacao, few drops of peppermint extract and a splash of @lakantosweetener maple syrup. Topped it with @kitchfix paleo granola (one of the best I’ve ever had), raspberries, my homemade macadamia whipped “cream” (search the blog), and @artisanaorganics raw pecan butter (ridiculously good). Voilá✨
