Feliz inicio de fin de semana🤩! Y yo sigo con recetas que incluyan chocolate🍫 ! Creo que ya se dieron cuenta que me encanta!
Este desayuno es muy fácil de hacer y me encanta!
🥣Ingredientes:
✔️1/2 taza de leche descremada (también pueden utilizar “leche” vegetal, tales como: leche de almendras, coco, soja, entrega otros.)
✔️3 cucharadas de avena
✔️1 cucharadita de chia
✔️1 cucharadita de cacao puro
✔️1/2 cucharadita de canela (opcional)
✔️1/2 plátano 🍌 .
.
🥣Preparación:
1️⃣Agregar y mezclar en un vaso todos los ingredientes excepto el plátano.
2️⃣Colocar en el refrigerador por 2 horas. (También lo puedes preparar una noche anterior y lo dejas en la refri sin ningún problema).
3️⃣Al momento de consumir, agregar 1/2 plátano.
3️⃣Listo!!✨

It’s just a case of throwing some chia seeds and cocoa powder into a bowl, pouring on some coconut milk and maple syrup or date honey and whisking until it’s all well mixed. Then you just place it into the fridge for 30 minutes.

If you take it out for a stir half way through, that’s good, but if you forget, that’s also fine 🍫

The other day I made some chocolate mint chia pudding and the next morning I thought to myself, “what was I thinking making something cold for breakfast?” (it’s freezing in stl) Then it occurred to me that maybe I could heat up the chia pudding to make a warm chia bowl! It worked out pretty wonderfully, I just heated it up in a pot and topped it with all the things. It was really nice having an easy breakfast for a change because I usually cook something from scratch. Also, this bowl weirdly filled me up until like 3 pm, which is odd because usually nothing fills this girl up😅 Anyway, have a great rest of your day friends!

Chocolate mint Chia pudding: 2 T chia seeds mixed with about 1/2 cup homemade cashew milk using @mannaorganics cashew coconut butter + 1 T cacao, few drops of peppermint extract and a splash of @lakantosweetener maple syrup. Topped it with @kitchfix paleo granola (one of the best I’ve ever had), raspberries, my homemade macadamia whipped “cream” (search the blog), and @artisanaorganics raw pecan butter (ridiculously good). Voilá✨

my protein packed CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING bowl is a quick meal idea for those of you that have less than 5 min to make breakfast in the AM. It just requires a few mins prep the night before (and I even make a bigger batch to have breakfast for few days). Feel free to tag a friend who may want some breakfast inspo

chia pudding base 👉🏼 2 tbsp @earthlychoice chia seeds + 2 tbsp @manitobaharvest hemp seeds + 3/4-1 cup almond milk. From here you can add any flavorings or powders you have on hand! I decided to make mine chocolate flavored + with protein. I added 1/2 scoop @drinkorgain vegan chocolate protein powder + 1/4 scoop @detoxorganics chocolate superfood powder + 1/2 scoop @furtherfood marine collagen + 2 tsp @betterbodyfoods cacao powder + 1/4 tsp vanilla extract + pinch of cinnamon

toppings 👉🏼 @grandyoats grain-free coffee flavored granola + sautéed cinnamon pears 🍐 + @traderjoes plain Icelandic yogurt + @eatnuttzo 7 nut & seed butter 🥜

Chocolate chia pudding parfait with strawberries, mango, tofu pudding and homemade coffee quinoa granola 💕 we’ve had a string of rainy mornings lately, and yummy breakfasts are truly a big help in getting me out of bed 😌

Did you know that chia seeds are loaded with fibers, proteins and antioxidants? So easy to add to your smoothie or just sprinkle over a toast🌸
This tasted like chocolate mousse u guys🤤
🌱1 cup almond milk.
🌱2 tbsp chia seeds
🌱2 tbsp cocoa powder
🌱1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Mix everything together in a blender and pour into a cute glass (for the pic obvs😉) Pop it in the fridge overnight and the next morning you are ready to go!🌙

Chocolate Chia Pudding 🤪
1 small banana
0,4 cup plantbased mylk
1 tbsp chiaseeds
2 tsp raw cacao powder

Mash the banana with a fork.
Blend all ingredients.
