FIRST THINGS FIRST:
Grab a mixing bowl, mixer and an 8x8 a baking pan coated with your fave non-stick cooking spray, and preheat your oven to 350. You’ll also probably want to have a flexible spatula ready.
INTO THE MIXING BOWL (add each ingredient in order): • 1 cup coconut sugar (you can also use granulated sugar)
• 1/3 cup coconut oil
• 3/4 cup Mooala Chocolate Bananamilk (you can also use any Mooala beverage you’d like!)
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 3 tbsp coconut butter (or sub for 1 egg if not Vegan)
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 3/4 cup coconut flour, in small batches (feel free to use a flour of your choice!)
MAKE IT HAPPEN:
Stir it up, little darlin’; add each of the above items in order until smooth. Then spread that mixture into the 8x8 cooking dish, top with 1/3 cup chocolate chips, and bake for 25 minutes or until you can poke it with a toothpick and it comes out clean. Top with powdered sugar for decoration.
