As I’m finishing up one semester and preparing to start my FINAL semester of grad school, I find I’m missing out on more and more to commit my time to studying. For instance, this weekend I missed my hubby’s first race of the season as well as a 5k put on by a dear friend to lock myself at my computer and cram for my upcoming final.
This is typically a time where I would miss out on getting the right nutrition as well. I’m a total stress eater and chocolate is my go-to when times get rough. Thankfully I have found a great snack bar that not only hits my chocolate fix, it fits my meal plan and keeps my snacking on track. At only 150 calories, it’s more protein and fiber and less sugar than RX bars, kind bars, etc. And just like any other product I use and recommend, it has no artificial ingredients. I’m crazy about chocolate cherry almond but it comes in chocolate peanut butter too, which went over really well with my nephew.
