Just pulling and pushing some things around today. Did some slightly less conventional exercises like db sots presses, T push-ups (with dbs), and body drag curls (which is why those barbell curls look weird).
While consistency is important and you'll likely mostly be sticking to 'the basics' and working to improve over time, it's good to play around with exercise variations sometimes to challenge your stability, mobility, and improving your strength in other planes of motion. Also it's just a good time 😁 #alsoimportant .
In other news, apparently I get spoiled really quickly. I took a solid 2 years to get wireless headphones after repeatedly saying I should. I forgot to charge them today so I had my old ones with me. It took one exercise for me to whip them across the room because my phone was driving me bananas. Apparently I don't like being obstructed when I'm trying to get pumped up listening to and Papoose...and S Club 7 🙄🙈😂 #notetoself #chargeheadphones #chillout
