Last night I wasn’t sure what to make for dinner, then I came across the recipe for Chang’s Sticky Baby Back Ribs from Bringing it Home by @gailsimmonseats
Normally this recipe would take hours, but I broke out my Instant Pot and dinner was on the table in an hour 😍 .
Hoisin, tamari, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, five spice, honey and chili flakes flavor the ribs and make a wonderful glaze. I completed the meal with sautéed green beans & garlicky mashed potatoes 🤤
