Cedar’s came to the rescue this week (again) for making it so easy to pack a nutritious & delicious lunch to bring to work.
I made a salad version of their black bean lettuce wrap recipe from The Chickpea Kitchen (totally was going to go for the lettuce wraps then pictured myself trying to inhale them quickly at work during my busy day and spilling on myself - so salad it is 😏).
This was SO easy to put together and has tons of different flavors to make my healthy lunch exciting for the taste buds. Not to mention all the protein and fiber this meal has to fill me up & keep me energized all afternoon! 💪🏼
