Intervals and Lift
Feeling a little rejuvenated this morning. I got into the Chicago Marathon for 2018 and that really gave me some energy. I am set for races for next year. Shamrock Shuffle in March, a half in May, and Chicago in October. Still keeping with my plan for the winter too. Lots of strength training and less mileage. Workout: 4 x 400 @ 6:10 pace(400 rec). Followed that with strength training (bench press, dumbbell curls, cable rows, cable crunches, bench crunches) and some stretching. Have a great day everyone!
