@WHOLE30 BREAKFAST BEFORE WORK PLAN ⏰ Alright so I love to prep my breakfasts in advance, but toward the end of the week I usually run out of ready-to-go options. If I want to stick to the meal template and make it to work on time, I’ve got to multitask. Here’s some tips!
* First thing in the morning, have your skillet on the stove and toss in your protein. Keep it on medium heat and go get ready for work.
* Halfway through getting ready (for me it’s after I get dressed) I go stir/flip it.
* Then I finish getting ready. When I’m done I toss the protein in a bowl, then scramble an egg into the protein fat that’s still in the pan. When it’s done, pile it on greens and enjoy! Today I added my WHOLE30 BLENDER SALSA (recipe 3 posts back) and some carrots for dipping 😊
* Usually to save time, I’ll put it all into a to-go container and put it in my lunch bag. Who says you can’t eat breakfast AND lunch at your desk?? How do you guys make a last minute Whole30 breakfast when you’re out of pre-prepped options? Let me know! ⬇️
