Chia Pudding
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 splash non-dairy vanilla creamer
Whisk chia ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Place in the fridge overnight. Topped with chopped almonds, raspberries, quinoa crispies, @salbachia dark chocolate covered chia seeds, and Pb flowers made with @betterbodyfoods

ACAI CHIA BOWL 💫 And just like that, a new favourite was born! The recipe is for 2-3 portions. 5 tbsp chia seeds, 1 heaped tbsp acai powder, 1 dl wild bilberries (or blueberries), 3 tbsp plant based yogurt (I used alpro soy naturel), coconut or oat milk, a dash of sweetener and 1 tbsp shredded coconut. Stir well together and soak 20 mins to overnight. Longer the better. And on the side the cutest ever bear toasts @anettvelsberg style 🐼💘
