I don't know why it took me so long to make #ChiaSeed jam! 🤦🏼♀️ It was so easy to make and delish!! 😜
I used it today to top my @siggisdairy yogurt with pb, pumpkin seeds and granola. But you can use it to top toast, oats, pancakes, ect. Or you can just eat it out of the bowl like I did 🙈

1 cup organic frozen raspberries, 2 tbs oj, 1/4 cup chia seeds and 1tbs pure maple syrup. Mix all together and let it defrost in fridge. I let mine sit overnight. Once defrosted, mash with fork and there you go! .
