Chewing your food thoroughly will break food down so it's able to be absorbed by the body, Digestive enzymes in saliva will help transit and further breakdown of food. Not chewing your food will allow large u digested food molecules to pass into the gut where they can cause gas, bloating or even go rancid. Not cool. Plus, if you're paying for high quality food, you want to be getting the most out of it right?! So chew people, chew!
