Chest exercise no.3! 💪🏻 I love to use cables because there are a variety of different exercises that you can do with them without the need of using different machines, especially when the gym is packed😉. I like to do slow controlled movements to really work the major and minor muscles and more than anything, to really feel the burn! 🔥 Work with slightly heavy weights, challenge yourself! -

Tercer ejercicio de para el pecho! 💪🏻 los cables son unos de mis favoritos porque se pueden hacer varios distintos ejercicios sin tener que usar distintas máquinas y más aparte es súper conveniente cuando está lleno el gym para que no tengas que esperar máquina 😉. Me gusta hacer los movimientos lentos y controlados para poder trabajar cada músculo pectoral, y más que nada, para sentir el ardor 🔥 Trabaja con peso moderado, esfuérzate!

I've found that supinating my #grip keeps a ton pressure off of my front #delts so I can squeeze my chest and really develop the top shelf of my #pecs

Every one please get your #shoulder blades down.😲I see so many people over rotate with their #shoulders ruining their #posture disengaging the contraction of the chest and developing #muscle imbalances.
Iff you're trying to wing your own program, make sure you have an equal amount of (If not more) #pulling #movements as you do #pushing ones.

Too much #pressing usually tears #shoulders apart rolling your arms forward. You want them pulled back.

Today I am 104.2kg / 230lbs "light". Lost around 7kg in the last month..
Just did some chest workout but the weight really felt heavy😵 so it was a volume based workout. But I do love that. Had an awesome workout, gym was quiet empty and my pump is amazing. 💪Just drank my post workout with bcaa, eaa and that shit. Looking forward to relax the rest of the day:D definitely earned it 🏳

Feeling pumped AF, but definitely should practise on my photography skills. 😂
