Период на выносливость был свернут ради цели организовать хороший весенний сезон. Первое соревнование состоится уже через 10 дней. Посмотрим на результат, который удалось наработать. Ну а пока одна из последних контрольных тренировок. Жим лежа 260 кг на 2 и 270 кг на 2.

Last nights Chest & Arms Session 🔹 Bodyweight Dips - tip, lean forwards to get better chest engagement and hit that 90 degree angle, any deeper and you are placing undue stress on the shoulder girdle. 🔹 Chest routine: BB Bench Press - 3 sets of 3 reps; 3 sets of 5 reps🔹 Cable Crossovers (decline) - 2 sets of 12 reps & 2 sets of 12 reps (incline) 🔹 Bodyweight Dips 3 sets of AMRAP - I managed 20, 13, 12 reps. 🔹 Arms routine: 3 sets of 8 reps DB Twist Curls; 3 sets of 8 reps inverted DB Hammer Curls; 2 sets of 10reps (superset) Cable Olympus Curls & Incline Cable Crosses. 🔹 Chest Routine = 13 sets; Biceps Routine = 8 sets. 🔹 The muscle Pump and vascularity at the end of this session is lovely, focus on experiencing your lifts, control and technique are key!

C - flat DB press w/ pronating grip 8 reps 3011. 3 working sets.

Got a damn good workout in today while traveling. Remember, the second you find excuses is the second you start failing yourself. Are you gonna be traveling soon? Then prepare by bringing any needed supplements and finding a local gym you can hit up.
That said, I hit chest and back today! Here was my routine:

-Weighted chest dips, 3 sets
-Incline Dumbbell Press, 4 sets
-Flat Dumbbell Press, 4 sets

-Cable flys from low (targeting upper pec), 4 sets
-Cable flys from high (targeting lower chest), 4 sets.
-Iso lat pull down machine to warmup (2 sets) followed by heavy, 3 sets
-Cable wide grip lat pull down, 4 sets
-Cable Row, 4 sets
-Cable Pullovers, 4 sets
