Rest betwen sets 30-40seconds. Then** ⊙Incline push ups+regular push ups , with minimum rest(10-15sec) or no rest. X3-5cycles. Do for 15-30reps.

Ça deboite. Au total, environ 550 #pompes faites de différentes manières.
