Happy Monday! I've got my week all planned out. It's pretty uneventful but I'm hoping baby and I can fill it up with some fun activities! 🙌🏻
I have a couple changes to my habit trackers (on the left sidebar). First, it's not as important I pre-track all my food with Simply Filling as it was with SmartPoints so I've changed that to 'meals.' What I'd like to do this week is figure out my breakfast, lunch and snacks ahead of time (I already plan dinners!) so that I'm not starving and trying to figure out what's Simply Filling to eat and grabbing mindlessly at food. I'd like to have a general idea of what I'll eat all day but not necessarily pre-track it, does that make sense? I've also added a goal habit to have at least 4 completely Simply Filling days this week. That means no extra SmartPoints (and no extra uncounted bubbles) on at least 4 days! I'm ready to make this week great! .
