Chorizo, chickpea, chicken, roast pepper & tomato stew. I made this in batch this week and had it for tea & took it for lunch in Tupperware for lunch with spinach. Seasoned with a heavy dose of chilli powder and paprika !! Yum 😋.

•condimentos a gusto
•sal y pimienta. 🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃 PROCEDIMIENTO: •CORTAR LOS VEGETALES EN CUBOS. COCINARLO EN CALDO DE VEGETALES.
•CALENTAR UN POCO EL ZAPALLO, ASI SE FACILITA EL CORTE POR ARRIBA. VACIAR LOS ZAPALLOS. RESERVAR.

It's winter and eating pears is so comforting. Also winter leads to trees shedding their leaves and a rebirth of sorts. The combination of white and dark colors on the plate represents that in a way!

Блюдо из сегодняшнего #chefstable ужина. «Клубника со сливками» - спелые ягоды в тонком желе из сливок и сметаны с сахаром и Бурбонской ванилью. Сочетание клубники со сметаной, или земляники с парным молоком одни из моих самых ярких воспоминаний про еду из детства, ну ещё сырые свиные уши натертые солью, но об этом в другой раз. Итак. Бабушкин огород с грядками клубники, свойская сметана и хруст сахарного (и не только) песка на зубах. Знакомо? Тогда велкам!
