Sweet new dessert at #bistropetit #chocolatecake

Final amouse bouche and third dessert.
Dark chocolate and black truffle macaron. Fruit truffle. Black truffle caramels. Shortbread. Marinated prune in syrup.

Banana and ginger cream with truffle. Red wine sorbet. Crispy licorice.

We didn't care for the cheese course, so they replaced it with a delicious pre-dessert. Fruit sorbet, passionfruit sauce and a cookie.

Poultry from Bresse, poured over truffle cream and vegetables.

European lobster medallion, shellfish juice with saffron and black truffle.

From @mugaritz, a stunning dish in which there are the edible leaves or petals from dozens of plants from their garden. We were provided with a separate menu to tell us what each of the beautiful edibles were. You roll it up like a spring roll and eat it. .

β€’ Corn cobb tea service with corn chip, emulsified corn and lime dust on top of a tea made from charred corn cobbs with the most adorable plating #heaven
β€’ Chanterelle mushrooms with shaved beef tongue jerky and caramelized yogurt
β€’ Beef with fermented mushrooms, ramp and short rib miso and mustard greens

Local love & attention to detail took last night's @ardentmke tasting to another level! From scarves made by the chef's mother (in case we got cold ❀️) to exclusively WI brewed and served @newglarusbrewing beer to a "bed" for our phones to custom knives with handles made from the crew's aprons to the entry garden
