Coconut Nectar Baked Chicken Wings
6 Chicken wings
1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
1 ¼ tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon Gula Melts Coconut Nectar
Dash of black pepper
3 large slices of ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Pinch of salt
Clean the chicken wings and pat dry.
Rub the ginger and garlic over the chicken
Mix the oyster sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, Gula Melts Coconut Nectar, pepper and salt.
Marinate for at least 2 hours.
Pre-heat oven 190 deg. Celcius.
Line chicken on baking tray. Bake for 40 mins until cooked through ad golden brown.#gulamelts
