Our interim PDS Officer of Negros Occidental Mr. Rodolfo Villarenia, or simply known as Nong Dolping, was visited by Ms. Treena Tecson, owner of #TrueChococolate.ph at his farm in Patag, Silay City.
Treena happens to be a #chocoholic like all of us but when you want to let everyone know how #decadent your work of art is, you allow the entrep-bug bite you.
Nothing stopped this #passion to create #chocolates as well as teach how her #ClassicDarkTruffles, Nutty #DarkTruffles using #Belgiandarkchocolate, Milk Chocolate Bars, Dark Chocolate Bar, and Belgian Dark Chocolate #Bonbons can be achieved.
Every start-up #chocolatier went through the ups and downs to perfect the tempering process. To aid her with her choco skills, she took classes at the Academy of Pastry Arts and Enderun Colleges under Chef Janelle Toh and Executive Pastry Chef Laeiticia Moreau.
On the otherhand, Nong Dolping recently started his chocolate business with an inspiring thought that yes, his #tableas will be the start of something good.
A few month back, the esteemed #Japanese Grand Chocolatier #Chef Shunsuke Saegusa visited his farm and suprised him with his take on the beans he received.
With the #Heirloomcacao in Nong Dolping's farm, possible talks may venture along the way for Treena's rendition of our local #treetobar chocolates.
To better days; we wish the both of you the best of luck!
