I JUST DID MY FIRST SUCCESSFUL PUSH-UP! My lifelong joke has been that I have the upper body strength of a gnat, and it's hardly been a joke. I genuinely struggle to flex because my brain legitimately doesn't know how to isolate my biceps. But today I decided to try it and while I was clearly struggling, I FREAKING DID IT. I even completed my 1,000th squat for this week (25 squats a day provided my knees can handle it) and I feel like such a beast! It may seem like absolutely nothing to everyone, but this is a major accomplishment for me! I'm so proud of myself and I can't stop smiling!
