4x6 @ 198lbs for some technique work tonight. Only showing a couple reps from two sets because ain't nobody got time for that. I did my first set the way I usually feel comfortable squatting (which is never comfortable lol). I did all my other sets after getting some advice from Dan to control my descent and engage my upper back more. It doesn't look or feel comfortable but that's to be expected with a change in form. My squat progress has been slow but progress is progress. I feel like a cheese dick.
