+ On the topic of abs, they come and go as they please. Spot reduction is not a thing!
+ Abs, in my opinion, are NO indicator of a persons health. They tend to come out when you're at a low bf% BUT some people naturally have them because they gain their fat elsewhere on the body. I personally gain weight in my stomach first 🤷🏽♀️
+ With that said, ya can't do 500 crunches a day and expect abs to appear if you're sitting at a high body fat %. Spot reduction is not possible in that way - but if you maintain a caloric deficit they'll come out to play the more you stay consistent! Abs are made in the kitchen, and i wholeheartedly believe that that rule applies to most of the population. Don't get down on yourself if you don't have abs yet, if they weren’t important for the stage I wouldn’t care about them at all. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE HAD ABS MY WHOLE LIFE and it's because my body fat is down! Simple as that y'all
