BENEFITS : •This recipe uses flour along with oats, the main purpose of not using wheat flour is it increases the #Fibre content which inhibits absorption of #Iron & #Calcium in the body.
So oats as it is rich in fibre, is also a good source of #Protein, •Oats helps reduce #Cholesterol by binding to it and eliminating it from the body. •Cinnamon helps in increasing your metabolism, which inturn increases the rate at which our body burns fat. •Butter is essential (as a fat) for the normal functioning of hormones in our body. •You can top it with fresh fruits which are rich in #Antioxidants or use honey, coconut, dark chocolate 😉😄 This makes for a good #CheatRight meal☝🏻 .
