Sporting my Charlie Brown Christmas gear, haha. I have changed my training split so that one day I focus completely on the quads and another day only the hamstrings. It's great to change your training regime every once and awhile to really confuse the body for maximum growth! Recently, I've been keeping a high rep range while maintaining relatively heavy weight. Getting in the zone is so important especially for those days. I do this by just closing my eyes during cardio and focusing on what the training session will entail. I completely focus on that and nothing else. This creates the best training sessions ever.
