We had to make reservations at this 1 #michelin starred restaurant months ahead - and our wait was rewarded with an evening of #yummy modern #Australian #barbeque prepared with the famous custom-built wood fired oven and grills. Katsu Wagyu 😍😍😍 they gave you lots of different things to dip it in- Worcester sauce, wasabi, poached egg and curry! So delicious, not sure I can go back to eating regular steak! .
