In honor of Transformation Tuesday, let's talk about 'POTATOES'. I'd like to share my story a little with you and maybe it'll hit home.
When I 1st started the 21 Day Fix, I had so much doubt and fear inside. I totally figured I'd fail AGAIN and waste money AGAIN.
I didn't measure like my coach told me to because I truly expected I wouldn't last the 3 weeks.
I lost 5lbs in 3 weeks.
Still though... only 5 lbs? Ugh I felt pretty defeated. All this work and 5 lbs?? Then I changed my mindset- 5 lbs is a SACK OF POTATOES! off my heart, off my knees, off my mind.
Then I found out about Shakeology and ordered it.
Once that arrived and 3 more weeks had past, I was down 15 lbs, then 20. Then I hit a plateau so I did a 3 Day Refresh to jumpstart me.
Then before I knew it I was down 35 lbs!
7 SACKS OF FREAKING POTATOES!
Why am I sharing this with you? Simple... CHANGE YOUR MINDSET, CHANGE YOUR LIFE!
Get out of your own head and tell yourself YOU WILL DO THIS! YOU WILL REACH YOUR GOALS!
If you continuously put yourself down, self-sabotage, make excuses you will NOT change.
