Here are a few things that may help bring you back to the present. As you live and breath, there is nothing wrong, no sadness, no fear ... in this very moment.
💚 Focus on your breathing, bring it from your belly and make it deeper and slower. 💚 Focus on each of your five senses in this moment. Notice in vivid detail, what are you are seeing, touching, hearing, smelling, tasting right now in this moment. 💚 Choose an "anchor" or symbol to the present moment to wear or keep with you. I wear an elephant ring. If you start to wander out of the present, touch your anchor, smile and bring yourself back to the now 💚 Create a reminder on a post it note, in your calendar, anywhere, to ask yourself "where am I being right now". Pain is about the past. Fear is about the future. Peace is about the present. And the present is the most beautiful place to be. 🙏
