You don't have to vaporise people to destroy a culture. Just get people to stop following it. Period!
You know what the problem is?
We all are wasting our lives caring about people and living to impress others. At what cost?
People Destroying their #culture just because they are afraid how the outer world will react to their culture. Trying to fit themselves in parameters of others.
Rejecting their roots, their culture & #tradition.
Every culture is unique and people actually decide how their culture gets evolved over time. It's not a culpability of our culture but the spiritlessness of people resulting in extinction of our culture.
In every #generation there are people who are proud of their culture while there are always some people who look towards other cultures with great admiration. Both r necessary to evolve.
The problem is we slightly became ignorant about our own culture while evolving other civilization & their #music, #literature, #art, lifestyle.
No doubt, it is personal choice in the end, but it always better to understand our own culture and then move on to exploring other cultures.
Yes, #change is good but one should never forget it's roots and at the cost of extinction of the own culture.
People often are ashamed to be called as Pahadi.
What's the big deal?
No matters where you go, carry your culture along with you.
Using pahari language, wearing traditional clothes, and talking in #Pahadi slang doesn't make you "GvaanR", it doesn't degrades your personality but definitely earn a lot more admiration.
Those who disrespect you, they themselves are illiterate, ignorant, and slave of their own vile philosophies. Gvaar is the one who makes fun of your tradition, your culture, your #language, your slang.
You are born Pahadi and you don't have to change that.
Talking in English, western clothes, fast-food necessarily don't make you civilised.
I think a culture is not something we should be ashamed of and make our #ancestors pitiful by leaving our culture. I'm proud of whatever is left of your culture, pass it on and help preserve the values u inherited.
PS: An illusive #Snowleopard can't change its spots.
