#Chandor or Chandrapur as it was known as in the past, lies some 10km from #Margao. It used to be the capital of the Kadamba dynasty. A lot from those days was destroyed by battles n subsequent rulers but this headless #Nandi bull can still be seen, in the village, if one goes along the quepem road and turns left a little ahead of the St Tiago chapel. Do visit it sometimeto see it for yourself.
