3rd day at kickboxing this week and I'm only 4 days in 💪😎💦 I made my fat cry A LOT lol. 😂 I'm still having to modify with squats in particular, but I'm trying to not let this knee issue slow me down too much. I have major goals and I WILL GET THERE!
Gym hair, don't care. Lol. Took squaturday off from kickboxing yesterday for obvious reasons (maybe).... Knee trouble + squaturday = nothing good (I'm sure), but dragged myself out of bed this morning and got to the first class of the day. 🌞 I did have to modify some, since pivots and roundhouse kicks kill my knee, but the point is... I DID IT!!👊💦💪👍 I've got goals, no time to sit around, lol.
