I have received a lot of questions lately on how my nutrition changed my health so I thought it would be better to show you what I eat! No I don't count my calories at the moment but I'm consistent with what I eat. It's all about variety and balance, because nutrition should be a fun time not something you dread! Remember your goals, but always keep that nutrition in check! This doesn't include my snacks during the day but I recommend putting food in your body every 2-3 hours to boost that metabolism! Also if you find yourself getting bloated then break up your meals into smaller portions throughout the day.
