I'm not going to lie, that was a killer, and the legs just wouldn't let me go down as far as I would have liked, but it's done! And that's what counts!! (I must have been slightly delirious towards the end, having put the "don't quit" sign facing backwards...so annoyed, but wasn't going back to re-shoot the last 200!!!😂)
Challenges teach you a lot about yourself, and if you can stick them out, they give you an amazing bout of confidence and motivation at the end. Just like running a race, or crossing a finish line!
The next challenge will begin Monday, and this time it's abdominals! 🙌🏻
