*You only Fail when you stop Trying*
It's very easy to start something, for example yoga or going to the gym. And it's equally easy to stop it, but the most difficult part is - *to be consistent*. This applies to almost everything, and especially to Body Transformations. I remember when I started my transformation, I was doing my fitness regime regularly, but as days passed by, sometimes I told myself "Is this worth it...I should stop", but there was a fire inside be that kept burning. I kept at it and in 5 months I lost 21kgs.
I learned that I didn't have to be better than others, I just had to be better than myself.
