Here is my #fridayflow for How to do #chakrabhandasana. There is several way to entry this pose. Today I choose from sirsasana. I feel from sirsasana it allow me to more core strength and it feels better to me. Usually when I practice advance #backbend , at least I practice over a hour. I know my spine is open, but my spine has no specific flexible part. I'm not lower back bendy either lumber spine. So in my case I need to work whole spine, include leg, shoulder and neck. Day 1 of #RockYourWorld2017 is #backbendday.
I went with a work in progress version of #chakrabhandasana a pose which makes you really humble, especially because it is at the very end of the #ashtangaadvancedseries practice.
Remember, it's all about the energy of the pose and not how deep you are in it. Every student gets the same benefits of a pose when he works at his personal deepest stage of the pose. No matter how the pose looks from the outside. Keep on practicing! 😘

My quads were feeling warm and limber after Day 1 of Squat Challenge so I decided to go for more back bending practice today. Feeling a lot more comfortable in Chakra Bhandasana / Bound Wheel Pose. #bendwithmel
