Smashing saturday !!! A 3km run followed by weight training and then mobility and stability drills!! Best way to begin the weekend😊😊😃😃 Mobility and stability drills

This video shows the importance of mobility and stability at the same time.. 1) Spilt on chair helps improve mobility of hip joint along with improving the hip stabilizers.
2) Hanging leg raises help improve the lower body mobility by stabilizing the core muscles and shoulder girdle muscle. Its a great way to have a total body major muscle groups activated.
3) Hanging knee to chest helps in improving the mobility in short lever range and enhance the toning of core muscle groups. It also improves grip strength along with shoulder girdle muscle activation.

Please note: the above exercises should be done under supervision as they may cause injuries if done wrongly.
