Every day is strength day when you’re working on building yourself up. All too often we focus on the things we’re “not good at” or what we did wrong, or how we could have done something better. Today, try to build yourself up. Shine light on what you did well. What you’re good at, what you did to be better. You’re amazing today. Go get it!
