Coach’s corner time... this week is about Movement and we’re breaking down the Air Squat. •
The air squat is the most functional movement we can do, it’s simply sitting down and standing up. This movement is also the foundation to a lot of other functional movements, such as weighted squats, thrusters, wallballs, etc. There are a lot of key points of performance for proper movement in the air squat. Hope everyone made it through the storm ok. If anyone in the highland area needs extra help getting out or knows of any elderly that need help digging out please reach out to us and we can try to send some people to help out.

The gym will be open for classes the remainder of the day today. Please keep in mind that there is still a parking ban in Winthrop and it will most likely remain in affect for the entire day. Also, there is little to no parking in the lot across the street. If you plan to attend classes today, please keep these things in mind.
