This might just look like a regular KB swing but to Coach Mel it's everything! She has been rehabbing a shoulder issue for a few months and really altered her training. She found a good PT, worked on her mobility, scaled her workouts, and chose movements that would help her and not harm her. Doing a workout RX and even scaled is not in the best interest of the athlete when an injury is present. Listen to your body and work on healing!
